    Reiki is a holistic technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word "Reiki" comes from Japanese, where "Rei" means "God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power" and "Ki" means "life force energy." Together, Reiki represents spiritually guided life force energy.
  • How Does Reiki Work?
    The Reiki practitioner places their hands slightly above or lightly on the body. Reiki uses the body’s energy, focusing it on areas that need attention. A warm and soothing energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the client, working on the 7 energy centers (Chakras) of the body to rebalance, restore, and even out energy flow. This promotes relaxation and helps release tension.
