Individualized Energy Healing Plan 
is a customized tool that provides support and encourages integrating healthy stress reducing techniques into daily living. It assist with identifying which energy centers (chakras) of the body need more attention & TLC. The outcome is prioritizing self care and identifying options to help  cultivate peace and wellness.

How it works?
Clients can order an Individual Energy Healing Plan after any reiki session. It is used to support and compliment healing after a reiki session. It encourages clients to stay in touch with what is going on within and around them. Being mindful of what is going on allows the opportunity to make adjustments and changes that can benefit overall physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.
